You must be able to build rapport and engage with our customers, create and maintain business relationships, conduct property tours, maintain and upkeep our property, and provide exceptional customer service. This position will also manage current customer accounts through payments, collection calls, and/or inquiries.

Qualifications:

• One year customer service experience
• One year cash handling experience
• Sales experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
• Basic math skills
• Great communication skills
• Open availability
• Able to work Sunday and Saturday
• Reliable mode of transportation
